Cookie Policy

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies and browser storage help the boutique remember selections and preferences and support checkout. Cookies are sent with relevant website requests; local storage and session storage stay in your browser until the website reads them.

Saved-bag cookie

The first-party carmeliora_bag cookie contains a random identifier used to retrieve your selected quantity. It is set or renewed when you update the bag and expires after 30 days. It does not contain your name or email address.

Clearing the cookie removes this browser’s access to the saved bag. It does not automatically delete the associated server record.

Secure order tracking

Checkout sets cm_latest_order and a cm_order_ cookie followed by the order reference. These first-party cookies remember the order and provide private access to its delivery details. They expire after 90 days and are marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax.

If they are cleared, you can verify your order email with Ask Karmen to access private delivery details. Clearing browser data does not cancel an order.

Preferences and temporary checkout data

• The carmeliora-language, carmeliora-currency and carmeliora-assistant-language local-storage entries remember the choices you make.
• The carmeliora-waitlist-joined local-storage flag remembers a successful signup so the invitation is not repeated. It does not contain your name or email.
• Local-storage entries have no automatic expiry in this website. They remain until cleared by you or your browser, or replaced by a later choice.
• Session storage holds carmeliora-waitlist-seen, carmeliora-price-quote and carmeliora-order-intent for the invitation, temporary pricing and checkout reference. These are browser-session values; restoring a browser session may restore them.

Your choices and other services

This version of the boutique does not include advertising pixels or a third-party analytics service added by Carmeliora. Payment providers apply their own cookie and privacy policies when you visit their payment pages.

You can view, block or clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking required storage may prevent saved selections, preferences or private order access from working. Clearing site data does not withdraw waitlist email consent or delete customer records.

For personal-information requests or withdrawal of email consent, see our Privacy Policy or contact info@carmeliora.com.
