Delivery destinations
Checkout currently offers delivery to the United Arab Emirates, France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
If your country is not listed, contact us before ordering. The available destinations are shown in checkout.
Shipping charges
Shipping is USD 9 per order for 1–2 bottles, or free for 3 or more. Shipping is converted to your selected currency.
Review the delivery charge and final total in your selected currency before paying.
Pre-orders and dispatch
Pre-orders are open now, with dispatch planned to begin in early December. Dispatch is when an order leaves for delivery; the time it reaches you depends on the destination and carrier.
Saving a bag or joining the waitlist does not place an order or reserve stock. Follow the product page and your order status for current information.
Tracking and support
Shipment updates appear on your order-status page when recorded. Use the carrier tracking link when available. For private delivery details, use the browser where you ordered or verify your order email with Ask Karmen.
For an address correction, delayed delivery or other order question, email info@carmeliora.com with your order reference. Do not send payment-card details.
